•Deliver consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Actively promote a positive team culture by sharing feedback and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Support all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives; follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
