Senior Recruiter to partner with Engineering, Product and Design to scale Commure’s orgs through standardized, efficient, and metrics-driven recruiting. You will design full-cycle hiring strategies, manage multiple requisitions, craft interview plans, and build robust, diverse candidate pipelines. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the Mountain View office, focusing on high-volume tech recruitment and strong stakeholder management to accelerate growth in healthcare tech.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive Talent
•Design interview plans and candidate evaluation processes to capture signals for top talent
•Manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals
•Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines
•Deliver a world-class candidate experience across the entire hiring journey

Key Requirements

•4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment across variety of departments
•Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows
•Success in scaling a high-growth Tech company
•Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality
•Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
