Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-level network hardware and applications.
  • •Plan, configure, and implement data network infrastructure and WiFi infrastructure in coordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners.
  • •Install and configure firewalls.
  • •Provide post-sales support to customers and act as a subject matter expert for technical support issues.
  • •Troubleshoot complex multi-vendor data networks and prepare/validate technical documents (LLD/HLD), including weekly operational and project reports with escalations and cost savings.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in enterprise network implementation and support.
  • •Graduate/Diploma engineer in Electronics, Telecom, IT, or Computer Science.
  • •Cisco networking and WiFi implementation/troubleshooting experience; familiarity with other networking products (HP, Huawei, Cambium) is an advantage.
  • •Firewall implementation and troubleshooting experience with at least one of: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Checkpoint.
  • •Full network lifecycle experience (requirements gathering, testing, documentation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance).
