Job Summary

Build LLM-powered AI Search and AI assistant experiences for real-time question-answering. You’ll develop AI search agents with planning, memory, and tool-use, improve multi-turn query understanding and semantic analysis, and optimize RAG and LLM pipelines for retrieval, ranking, and answer generation (fine-tuning and inference). Partner with cross-functional teams to turn agent/LLM research into production upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI Search Agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities, applying reinforcement learning and knowledge representation to solve problems end-to-end.
•Enhance LLM-based query understanding by handling multi-turn conversations, performing semantic analysis on queries and documents, and ensuring accurate search results via LLM reasoning.
•Optimize RAG and LLM pipelines by improving retrieval and ranking algorithms and training/optimizing LLMs for answer generation (fine-tuning and inference optimization).
•Improve relevance and structured presentation of search results produced by the LLM pipeline.
•Translate agent/LLM research into production by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product upgrades.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in C++ and/or Python, with strong command of algorithms and data structures (e.g., retrieval, graph algorithms).
•Basic understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows.
•Ability to solve complex problems and deliver technical projects end-to-end.
•Hands-on experience with LLM/agent technologies such as RAG optimization, RLHF/SFT, or agent framework development (planning/memory modules).
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of exploring new technologies and driving technical advancements with teams.
