Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards while supporting safe, efficient store operations
  • •Use metrics and collaborate across reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to drive operational directives and projects
