Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers; set performance expectations and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Own overall project delivery strategy for the Data Center portfolio and manage projects to meet customer specifications, including scope and change orders.
  • •Coordinate and schedule projects with production, equipment installation, transportation, and field services; manage project-specific schedules and status reporting.
  • •Enter and verify project information in the ERP system (sales orders, engineer jobs, job change orders, service calls) prior to billing.
  • •Communicate directly with customers; partner with engineering and quality teams on design needs, inspections, warranty calls, and minor quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Six (6) years of progressive experience in project/program management, engineering, or operations leadership supporting manufacturing operations or a similar technical environment.
  • •One (1) year of experience leading people and cross functional teams.
  • •Ability to read and understand building drawings, site plans, building and equipment layouts, and foundation drawings.
  • •Ability to obtain work without Eaton providing employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
