Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with ideally 5+ years delivering building services projects in a consulting or contractor environment.
  • •Experience in electrical building services design, including lighting, general and specialist power, earthing/lightning protection, and power distribution/reticulation systems.
  • •Sound understanding of Australian Standards, NCC requirements, and authority approval processes, including reviewing technical calculations, specifications, and design documentation.
  • •Experience delivering projects across building sectors, with exposure to aviation, healthcare, defence, data centres, or transport infrastructure highly regarded.
  • •Proficiency using industry-standard software including ETAP, PowerCAD, Revit, AGi32, and Microsoft Office Suite; relevant registration/qualifications (e.g., RPEQ, RPEV, CPEng) highly regarded.
