Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end management of complex, international transformation programs within the Benelux Transformation Office, delivering on strategic objectives across multiple projects.
•Define and govern program scope, governance structures, milestones, and value realization to ensure alignment with leadership expectations.
•Orchestrate multiple interdependent projects across business lines, countries, and functions, delegating execution to the business and Global Capability Centers.
•Monitor progress, manage dependencies and risks, and escalate as needed to senior leadership while maintaining clear reporting and stakeholder alignment.
•Act as primary senior liaison to Benelux leadership, Value Realization Office, and international stakeholders, providing compelling executive-level reporting and decision documents.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programs in an international/multi-country environment
•Proven track record in portfolio governance, benefits realization, and executive-level reporting
•Strong stakeholder management and influence in matrix organizations across multiple countries and functions
•Excellent financial skills including budgeting, cost-benefit analyses, and cross-program financial reporting
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
