Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end management of complex, international transformation programs within the Benelux Transformation Office, delivering on strategic objectives across multiple projects.
  • •Define and govern program scope, governance structures, milestones, and value realization to ensure alignment with leadership expectations.
  • •Orchestrate multiple interdependent projects across business lines, countries, and functions, delegating execution to the business and Global Capability Centers.
  • •Monitor progress, manage dependencies and risks, and escalate as needed to senior leadership while maintaining clear reporting and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Act as primary senior liaison to Benelux leadership, Value Realization Office, and international stakeholders, providing compelling executive-level reporting and decision documents.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programs in an international/multi-country environment

  • •Excellent financial skills including budgeting, cost-benefit analyses, and cross-program financial reporting
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
