Lead IP reuse strategy and build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions, provide technical governance through review boards, and resolve complex cross-functional trade-offs while collaborating with product, engineering, and executive forums. Mentor architecture teams and guide adoption of emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
