Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by proactively reaching out, assessing banking needs, and recommending deposit and loan solutions that match each client’s goals. Provide an optimal client experience through greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, and submitting credit applications. Stay current on consumer and business banking products—including digital and self-service options—and educate clients to help them meet their financial needs with accuracy and operational excellence.
