Job Summary

Generate and qualify pipeline for AI-enabled workforce solutions by identifying companies actively hiring for roles Wing can support. You’ll research target accounts, run outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and conduct early discovery conversations to understand needs and openness to remote/AI-enabled talent. Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities, maintain accurate CRM activity, and feed insights from the market back to Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve messaging and outreach.

•Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
•Run focused outbound campaigns based on hiring signals, job postings, company growth, and operational pain points.
•Conduct early discovery conversations to assess hiring needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote/AI-enabled workforce solutions.
•Book qualified appointments for Account Executives, hand off opportunities with relevant context, and keep CRM data accurate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
•Proven background in sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
•Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make outreach compelling.
•Strong research skills to turn hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
•Comfort reaching out to companies about remote assistants, virtual assistants, or offshore talent.
