Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and evolve the Dataflow platform using Airflow 3.x, SparkKubernetesOperator, and FlinkKubernetesOperator.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 engineers, including code review and setting technical direction.
  • •Design and implement CDC streaming pipelines (Flink) and batch ELT pipelines (Spark).
  • •Own Kubernetes deployment patterns, including Helm charts, pod templates, and resource tuning on AKS.
  • •Drive reliability through monitoring, alerting, SLA enforcement, auto-retry, and incident response, while managing CI/CD pipelines and data quality frameworks.
