Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver all training requirements across the Hinckley operation.
  • •Design, implement, and deliver floor-based training plans for onboarding, new business activities, operational requirements, and development.
  • •Create engaging learning content and training programmes using instructional design principles.
  • •Maintain and continuously improve training materials, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • •Monitor and report training progress, completion rates, KPIs, and evaluate programme effectiveness to recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coordinating, planning, and delivering training programmes in an operational environment (classroom and on the job).
  • •Knowledge of instructional design and learning development methodologies.
  • •Experience creating structured training plans to support business and employee development objectives.
  • •Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • •Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in training, learning and development, education, or a related field.
