Key Responsibilities

  • •Run sourcing and vendor negotiations end-to-end, including RFP/RFQ, commercial modeling, legal negotiation, approvals, signature, and renewal readiness.
  • •Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to align requirements, manage risk/redlines, and support deal economics and implementation risk.
  • •Support complex strategic partnerships and deals, covering customer/vendor/partner/infrastructure buyer scenarios and taking them through signature.
  • •Turn deal structures into decisions using scenarios, walk-away positions, and decision-ready memos.
  • •Enrich procurement workflow and systems with vendor intelligence, benchmarking, contract/renewal/SLA data, and automation for research, extraction, alerts, and negotiation prep.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in tech procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management for a growing company.
  • •Strong commercial negotiation skills, including offer comparison, leveraging, and contract restructuring.
  • •Technically fluent and financially rigorous—able to translate technical requirements into commercial implications and pressure-test vendor claims.
  • •Process-minded approach to standardizing data, workflows, and playbooks instead of relying on one-off work.
  • •Comfort working in product/engineering context and handling messy contract and billing data with AI leverage (some SQL/scripting/no-code helpful).
