Job Summary

Design, implement, and maintain high-speed CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps for cloud-native workflows and Jenkins for complex, cross-platform on-premises build automation. Architect and optimize Docker environments, manage Python packaging and Conda environments, build scalable build infrastructure, and enforce automated security, monitoring, and “everything-as-code” practices to improve release reliability and developer productivity.

•Design, implement, and maintain high-speed CI/CD pipelines and build automation across cloud-native and on-premises environments
•Architect and optimize Docker environments for consistent, reproducible build/test runners
•Lead design of Python packaging workflows and manage Conda recipes to distribute ArcGIS API and dependencies
•Build and manage underlying build infrastructure (runners, nodes, registries) with automated provisioning for high availability
•Implement automated security gating including SBOMs, vulnerability scanning, and license compliance across Python and Rust artifacts

Key Requirements

•2+ years of professional DevOps, CI/CD, or platform automation
•Hands on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, or similar)
•Experience working with YAML-based pipeline configurations and infrastructure definitions
•Exposure to automation and scripting (Python and/or JavaScript preferred)
•Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, AWS CDK, Terraform or similar IaC frameworks
