Job Summary

Join Wise Treasury to develop and operate the BAAM (Bank Account & Access Management) framework, ensuring secure, SOX-compliant controls over bank accounts, user access and payment activities. Collaborate with Banking, Treasury Operations, Risk & Control, Product and Engineering to maintain governance, drive improvements, and provide regular BAAM reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional Banking and Operations to outline the roadmap for new partnerships and bank accounts
•Own the internal onboarding and off-boarding process for bank accounts within Wise’s internal infrastructure
•Liaise with technical stakeholder groups to tackle complex situations or new product implementations
•Execute controls to maintain complete and accurate internal records of counterparties, bank accounts, authorised signatories and user accesses
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure sound BAAM infrastructure and operating environment

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,100 - 4,100 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of proven experience in treasury or audit in a SOX control environment, with a solid understanding of risk and control principles in a large, fast-paced organisation
•In-depth understanding of treasury operational risk management, treasury best practices and SOX requirements
•Experience opening and closing bank accounts for an organisation and managing user accesses and authorised signatories, or experience in financial audit or control testing in these areas
•Experience managing a high number of bank accounts (500+) across different regions and setting up a control governance framework
•Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
