Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute datacenter graphics hardware/software subsystem projects for OEM and enterprise customers using AMD Instinct Accelerators.
  • •Perform node and cluster-level software installation and validation for GPU/compute AI and Machine Learning projects.
  • •Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance for server graphics and compute projects related to AI/Machine Learning workloads.
  • •Build datacenter GPU dockers and containers for customer testing and deployment, and qualify new software functionality for compatibility.
  • •Collaborate with program managers to maintain schedules, track action items, ensure deliverables are met, provide status updates, and communicate/escalate incidents.

Salary: USD 106,400 - 182,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • •Experience with datacenter customer support roles and large-scale cluster deployment in hyperscale datacenters.
  • •Strong Linux installation, setup, usage, and debugging skills.
  • •Experience with virtualization and virtual machines (e.g., VMWare, Citrix, KVM, Microsoft).
  • •Experience with datacenter GPU software stacks such as AMD ROCm or Nvidia CUDA, plus AI/Machine Learning workloads and strong debugging/problem-solving skills.
