Director, Enterprise - Growth

Lead Databricks’ enterprise growth in the UK & Ireland by acquiring new logos and expanding greenfield territories across key industry verticals. Manage and motivate a team of account executives, set territory plans, quotas, and patches, and drive high-velocity sales motions from landing to expansion. Partner cross-functionally to run revenue and customer success processes, communicate value through proposals, and deliver accurate forecasting and GTM reporting using SFDC (and Clari preferred).
