Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the sales team to drive new logo acquisition with relentless pipeline generation and greenfield focus.
  • •Establish territory plans, team structure, quotas and patches, including investment capacity requirements.
  • •Report revenue forecasts and strategic GTM initiatives, ensuring forecast accuracy and predictable growth.
  • •Drive transitions from landing to expanding to cultivate high-usage Databricks accounts.
  • •Manage and coordinate the end-to-end revenue and customer success process, including building partner relationships and leading proposals and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in the UK in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS, with a track record of success and quota attainment.
  • •Passion and proven ability for strategic new logo acquisition and greenfield growth.
  • •Strong proficiency in MEDDPIC methodology, value-based sales, and a Challenger mentality for complex enterprise deals.
  • •Ability to engage with and hire top sales talent to develop and manage new sales organizations.
  • •Fluent English and ability to deliver accurate sales forecasting and management reporting using SFDC (Clari preferred).
