Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, production equipment, and automation to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • •Perform preventive and/or predictive maintenance checklists on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule.
  • •Handle basic electrical maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting motors, control panels, wiring, lighting, and low-voltage systems using electrical safety codes and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • •Handle basic plumbing maintenance and repairs, including drains, water lines, pumps, valves, and fixtures.
  • •Manage maintenance tasks and work orders in CMMS (and Google Sheets), update maintenance logs, and perform regular facility inspections for safety features.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary diploma/certificate in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, Mechatronics) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or industrial maintenance role.
  • •Ability to safely push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • •Ability to work extended periods standing and perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and walking.
  • •Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
