Provide input to processing plant and infrastructure design, evaluate emerging processing technologies, and participate in HAZOPs, engineering reviews, and commissioning. Develop SOPs and training for operators and technicians, maintain process KPIs, analyze metallurgical data, and drive small- to medium-scale metallurgical/process improvement projects with a strong safety focus.
