Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly operational finance reviews with business leaders, presenting performance, project updates, forecasts, variance analyses, and actionable insights.
  • •Support the monthly general ledger close by preparing/reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, intercompany charges, project allocations, and supporting schedules.
  • •Maintain, analyze, and reconcile complex general ledger accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • •Manage external and internal Accounts Receivable balances and schedules, including reconciliations and correcting entries, and support cash account reconciliations with Accounts Payable.
  • •Support the annual budgeting process and ensure accounting activities comply with GAAP, company policies, and applicable SOX requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant accounting or comparable professional experience.
