Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for Health, Safety, and Environment for the electrical and instrumentation maintenance team.
  • •Ensure electrical and instrumentation maintenance is performed safely, efficiently, and in an environmentally sound manner by documenting and following required procedures and standards.
  • •Maximize equipment efficiency and productivity by initiating corrective action and ensuring maintenance and engineering standards are met.
  • •Exercise direct and indirect supervision across the team and apply human resources policies fairly and consistently.
  • •Use computer systems to complete work orders, support weekly capacity scheduling, and perform purchasing-related duties.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a mine/plant/industrial production environment including operating, maintenance, and electrical work.
  • •3+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).

  • •Maintenance planning/scheduling experience and supervision/management experience.
