Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the central local point of contact for logistics needs with the customer and integrate into their processes.
  • •Manage operational logistics flows at the site, from urgent requirements to direct supply at the point of need.
  • •Oversee deliveries and repair management: proactively monitor delivery status and coordinate return of defective components.
  • •Support warehouse inventory management, including forecasting, shelf-life monitoring, and replenishment of consumables via Kanban.
  • •Coordinate transports according to customer requirements and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training (at least 3 years) with further qualification to master/technician.
  • •At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling customer orders or material management.
  • •Experience with military aircraft (especially NH90) and/or component/spare-parts management.
  • •Knowledge of SAP logistics and SASPF.
  • •Fluent German and good English; plus a driver’s license for cars and forklift trucks.
