Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management to ensure delivery in line with defined quality, cost, schedule, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • •Define and support project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • •Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including master programmes, manpower, materials, and equipment schedules.
  • •Oversee the implementation of project delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with internal processes and systems.
  • •Manage change control processes and monitor project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • •Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction project management
  • •At least 2 years of experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams within a consulting environment, specifically in high-tech and data center projects
  • •Demonstrated success delivering high-quality project management services across sectors including data centers, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing
  • •Excellent presentation, written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills in English and Korean
