Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • •Develop Salesforce solutions with Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, and APIs.
  • •Create scalable integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier, connecting systems via APIs/webhooks/middleware.
  • •Design and manage signal-based analytics and data models for scoring, routing, ICP attribution, and propensity.
  • •Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and document agents, automations, and integrations to improve adoption and data/business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a similar technical role.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce experience including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
  • •Object-oriented programming foundation (e.g., classes, inheritance, modular design) and development credentials.
  • •Experience building/configuring Salesforce Agentforce solutions and creating automations/integrations with Workato and Zapier.
  • •Understanding of integrations and troubleshooting using APIs, webhooks, middleware, JSON/REST, authentication, and data mapping.
