Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all store operations from inventory management to IT systems to customer flows and product training, as well as all internal team responsibilities.
  • •Lead team planning and recruitment to build a high-performing team, including planning, candid feedback, and optimization of operation standards, scheduling, and on-the-job coaching.
  • •Drive delivery of key KPIs based on retail priorities, such as in-store traffic, UPT, conversion rate, top sales assortment, assortment availability, GTM plan, and inventory plan; land new operation projects.
  • •Contribute to ongoing learning and development programs for the store team and provide training as needed.
  • •Lead meetings to deepen team understanding and promote cross-functional collaboration to support performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities included.
  • •Native Chinese speaker with ability to read and write in English fluently.
  • •Able to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
  • •Retail operational experience in the sports or fashion industry is a strong plus.
  • •An entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional organizational skills and proactive attitude.
