Job Summary

Lead factory-to-field installation execution for SmartStart & Install Automation programs, driving manufacturing readiness, installation efficiency, and digital transformation. Own Tier 0/1 installation workflows using SmartStart iOMS, enable “copy exact” deployment to the field, and improve BOM accuracy, cost optimization, cycle time, and non-conformance reduction. Execute end-to-end program scope, schedule, risks, and KPIs while developing engineers and coordinating across manufacturing, engineering, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead factory-to-field integration strategy from parts-build-test through customer installation, ensuring alignment across teams.
•Drive deployment and scaling of SmartStart iOMS digital installation workflows, including instructions aligned with ship-along BOM and specifications.
•Improve BOM accuracy by detecting and correcting ship-along BOM errors and coordinating resolution for excess materials, missing components, and incorrect configurations.
•Reduce cycle time, field non-conformance (NC), and warranty issues through standardized digital workflows and consistent installation quality.
•Own end-to-end program execution (scope, schedule, risks, deliverables), track KPIs, and lead the team of engineers supporting automation and installation programs.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
•7+ years of experience in manufacturing, installation, or technical program management.
•Experience leading cross-functional and matrixed teams.
•Semiconductor capital equipment experience (manufacturing, change management, or field installation).
•Experience with SmartStart / iOMS / Mayan (or equivalent systems) and SAP or manufacturing systems.
