Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare Annual Audited Financial Statements (AFS) in compliance with country-specific legislation for multiple entities.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate internal and external tax reporting in line with local legislation and Yum! policies.
  • •Lead local statutory audits for the listed entities and coordinate with external auditors.
  • •Perform quarterly tax forecasts, True-Ups, and update UTP disclosures.
  • •Ensure transfer pricing compliance and manage VAT, income tax filings, and related tax audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA-Zambia) preferred.
