Training & Development Supervisor

Lead and supervise the Training & Development team as an on-site HRBP partner, managing the annual training plan for operators and staff. Partner with manufacturing leadership (mainly Assembly) to provide hands-on HR support on the shop floor, coordinate internal and external training, and run training needs assessments. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, manage training budgets, measure effectiveness, and drive leadership development, career paths, and engagement programs for interns and trainees.
