Sales Supervisor, Full-Time - Stanford Shopping Center

Lead sales efforts on the store floor to meet and exceed individual store goals, coaching associates to build strong client relationships and maximize retention. Drive an excellent customer experience using a tech-enabled in-store approach, track NPS and sales performance, and support loss prevention. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inbound/outbound tracking, maintain store procedures, and partner with leadership on merchandising presentation and weekly workflow.
