Float Personal Banker 1- Torrance Main

Provide excellent customer care for daily banking transactions, handle inquiries and problem resolution in line with bank policies, and refer customers to appropriate business partners for products and services. Maintain risk awareness, uphold confidentiality, and support efficient day-to-day office operations with the platform team. Meet or exceed sales referral targets, review referral tools and dashboards, and continuously build knowledge through training and self-motivation. Travel to local financial centers is required.
