Job Summary

Own the strategy and execution for Jerry’s customer-facing agentic AI platform. You’ll help keep the current AI system running while leading architectural decisions, including prompt consolidation from multiple locations, building a chatbot prioritization queue, and shaping emerging tech investments like voicebot and computer use. Early on, ramp via prompt engineering and understanding how internal tools and APIs interact, then influence roadmap bets and the OpenAI/ChatGPT store presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn the prompt engineering workflow, write and update prompts, and understand how internal tech stacks interact to identify bottlenecks.
•Define and drive prompt consolidation from multiple locations onto a unified platform, including sequencing and cross-team alignment.
•Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot while keeping the team coordinated.
•Track voicebot and computer use to determine when to invest, and bring a point of view to influence AI investment decisions.
•Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store, shaping strategy rather than passive monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management in a fast-paced startup.
•Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs.

•Comfort diving into technical conversations and translating complex concepts for any audience.
•Familiarity with SQL and ability to validate hypotheses using data.
