Job Summary

Configure, test, and maintain airline Passenger Service System integrations that power Etihad’s codeshare and interline partnerships across 130+ airline partners. Own end-to-end implementation work, including schedule publication, schedule synchronization, class mapping updates, and production change management. Run detailed system testing and user acceptance testing, support troubleshooting with technology providers, and help deliver the migration from AirVision to Lufthansa Systems’ SchedConnect platform while sharing alliance systems expertise with the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain Amadeus Altéa Passenger Service System parameters supporting codeshare and interline operations.
•Manage end-to-end implementation of interline and codeshare partnerships, including check-in and integrations.
•Test, validate, and support Passenger Service System integrations with airline partners, including troubleshooting and operational support for ~138 partners.
•Configure and maintain codeshare schedule publication and ongoing schedule synchronization, including class mapping and passenger reaccommodation following network changes.
•Support Passenger Service System migration projects and help implement Lufthansa Systems SchedConnect while documenting testing and executing user acceptance testing.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience working with airline commercial or operational systems.
•Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus Passenger Service System (PSS).
•Excellent understanding of codeshare operations and publication processes.
•Experience implementing and supporting interline agreements.
•Knowledge of schedule publication and airline schedule integration; experience working directly within live production systems.
