Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation tasks per project scope and instructions, including cable routing, termination, equipment/component installation, and rack/cable fabrication.
  • •Demonstrate on-site leadership by training and supporting Installation Technicians Level 1 and Level 2 and verifying work quality.
  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural plans to support installation and troubleshooting.
  • •Run point-to-point cable tests, verify system functionality, and program control systems and DSP (including loading field configurations when needed).
  • •Coordinate on-site activities and provide customer-facing support; communicate daily job status to the Project Manager and complete required project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience installing audiovisual systems, electronics, or related industries.
  • •Advanced knowledge of audiovisual systems and installing/terminating/troubleshooting low-voltage cabling (e.g., HDMI, CAT5e/6, fiber).
  • •Advanced ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues for audiovisual systems and integrated network infrastructure (IP, streaming, cloud).
  • •Strong ability to lead and train junior technicians and manage installation teams on larger, complex projects.
  • •Valid AVIXA CTS general certification and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record per AVI-SPL standards.
