Job Summary

Lead daily maintenance activities at the Sint-Niklaas Distribution Centre, ensuring preventive and corrective work on mechanical and electrical systems is completed safely and on time. Manage a team of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, support troubleshooting for the automated ASRS system, and coordinate planned overhauls and improvement projects. Create procedures, instructions, manuals, and dashboards, prepare work permits, and handle administrative follow-up and reporting to the Maintenance & Facility Manager.

•Lead daily maintenance activities to complete preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical work safely and on time.
•Support operators, technicians, and subcontractors in solving technical issues and following the maintenance plan.
•Guide and motivate the team, promoting communication and teamwork across the site.
•Take part in scheduled maintenance tasks such as overhauls and improvement projects according to planning and standards.
•Prepare work permits, coordinate subcontractors, handle administrative follow-up of technical work, and report updates to the Maintenance & Facility Manager.
