Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the costing and financial control processes for materials across project cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and SOX controls.
  • •Update and analyze material costs, conducting variance analysis and supporting financial planning initiatives.
  • •Prepare and analyze reports on standard vs. actual costs, budget variances, and profitability for products and projects.
  • •Support monthly financial close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records on-site, monitor stock levels against schedules, and oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and handling of materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or inventory control (construction industry preferred)
  • •Proven experience in inventory analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • •Strong knowledge of internal controls and compliance frameworks (SOX preferred)
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and project management tools such as Procore
  • •Maintain documentation and record retention programs (requisitions, purchase orders, GR/IR, etc.)
