Lead Lawyer

Lead the Romania and Moldova legal function for Glovo, reporting to the Head of International. Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts while providing practical legal advice across privacy, labor, compliance, and regulated products. Partner with external law firms, support corporate governance initiatives and special projects, and contribute to due diligence and risk assessments, including serving as compliance officer for Glovo Romania.
