Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of complex projects as project director.
  • •Manage commercial and operational performance to deliver business objectives and analyse and report on performance against budgets.
  • •Resource management: ensure accurate resource forecasts; team utilisation is in line with budget, and overhead spend is appropriate.
  • •People management: act as People Manager for the senior leadership team / key staff in buildings surveying and MEP Technical Services team.
  • •Business development/work winning: lead a work-winning and customer-centric culture that is client-focused and links to the pipeline.
