Job Summary

Deliver end-to-end technical solutions for strategic customers by designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI and LLM-based intelligent agents on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions, including writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and reviewing junior engineers’ work.
•Design and implement scalable production systems featuring AI and LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on Salesforce.
•Build custom intelligent agents with customers using the Agentforce platform and ensure integration with existing customer ecosystems.
•Lead data lifecycle ownership, including data model design, processing pipeline implementation, and integration strategies for secure AI-ready data.
•Conduct deep-dive debugging and root-cause analysis, and lead rapid prototyping through proofs of concept and minimum viable products.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for high-quality, scalable production solutions.
•Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
•Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, and Apex.
•Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions, including LLM integration and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
•Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics using enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
