Assistant Store Manager - Tartine et Chocolat

Support the Store Manager in running daily operations to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience. Lead the store team to uphold CX standards, drive sales performance against KPIs, and manage promotions and brand activities. Maintain compliance with company policies to reduce stock loss and damage, and handle store operations in the Store Manager’s absence. Build relationships with support teams and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning.
