Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organize, and control resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
•Provide a complete view of overall project status to the organization and all stakeholders.
•Define project governance, including roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
•Set and actively manage success criteria defined upfront to achieve expected project outcomes.
•Stay knowledgeable about and adhere to the Fiserv Infrastructure Delivery Lifecycle (IDLC) framework while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 126,600 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive project management experience delivering medium to large initiatives.
•3+ years of experience managing in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
•3+ years of experience using project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
•3+ years of experience with matrix management across cross-functional teams and processes.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
