Job Summary

Lead enterprise governance and systems integration for unified operational command and control across RTA control centers. Supervise and develop operational and strategic frameworks, advise on enterprise direction and transformation roadmap initiatives, and support executive/operations planning and performance governance. Drive performance indicators, policy compliance, budget inputs, contract/project management support, audit readiness, corrective actions, and quality management procedures. Serve as ECCD focal point and represent the sector on committees.

•Supervise preparation and development of operational and strategic frameworks for the ECCD, including follow-up and compliance.
•Advise on ECCD future directions and support implementation plans, including an ECCD transformation roadmap and development plans.
•Support executive and operations plan preparation and follow-up for ECCD and ECCD Sections, and advise SCG on initiatives affecting other RTA agencies and sectors.
•Serve as ECCD focal point for operational control centers activities, including performance governance framework implementation, indicators, and policy/procedure compliance.
•Support budget preparation/spending inputs, contract and project management support, audit readiness and corrective action follow-up, and quality management procedure review.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering or Operations
•9+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (11+ years with a Bachelor’s degree)
•Emirati nationality (UAE Only)
