Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise preparation and development of operational and strategic frameworks for the ECCD, including follow-up and compliance.
  • •Advise on ECCD future directions and support implementation plans, including an ECCD transformation roadmap and development plans.
  • •Support executive and operations plan preparation and follow-up for ECCD and ECCD Sections, and advise SCG on initiatives affecting other RTA agencies and sectors.
  • •Serve as ECCD focal point for operational control centers activities, including performance governance framework implementation, indicators, and policy/procedure compliance.
  • •Support budget preparation/spending inputs, contract and project management support, audit readiness and corrective action follow-up, and quality management procedure review.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering or Operations
