Key Responsibilities

  • •Forecast preventive maintenance (PM) work and load-balance daily workload using available labor and material resources.
  • •Review incoming maintenance requests and evaluate criticality, work scope, and needed resources.
  • •Create clear, concise, descriptive job plans including required labor, materials, tools, and documentation (drawings/manuals).
  • •Evaluate safety hazards and PPE requirements; ensure safety for maintenance staff and building associates.
  • •Maintain CMMS accuracy by auditing equipment records, enrolling new equipment, kitting parts with inventory, and reviewing work backlog, downtime, and potential warranty issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in a maintenance environment, preferably with planning and scheduling.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Experience with material handling equipment systems and general maintenance best practices.
  • •Advanced/proficient knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably FMX and/or Fiix.
  • •Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and diagrams; strong verbal and written communication skills.
