Key Responsibilities

•Assist with performing basic professional structural engineering work relating to dams, hydraulic structures, energy storage and generating facilities.
•Work closely with project managers and lead engineers on dam safety and energy projects: preparation or review of design calculations, design criteria documents or studies; field work plans, construction activities, schedules, and cost estimates; construction and bid specifications; drawings; and written reports.
•Participate in site inspections for a range of projects throughout the United States.
•Complete training on assigned tasks and adhere to company policies.
•Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,200 - 96,030 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus in Structural Engineering.
•Excellent research skills with analytical mindset.
•Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.
•Proficient self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
•Ability to work independently under general supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
