You will partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate business goals into robust forecasts, lead pricing architecture and promotional planning, manage open-to-buy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and regional performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop annual, seasonal, and in-season financial plans (sales, margin, inventory, markdowns) and translate business strategies into robust forecasts and targets; continuously monitor performance and reforecast based on trends and market dynamics.
•Lead local cluster pricing architecture, ensuring price laddering and psychological price point logic by market and channel; conduct FX buffer analysis and competitive benchmarking to recommend price adjustments.
•Manage open-to-buy (OTB) and monitor stock levels to optimize inventory productivity while balancing availability and profitability.
•Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, and Allocation teams to align financial and assortment strategies; contribute to weekly and monthly business reviews; ensure consistency between regional plans and global guidelines.
•Analyze promotional uplift, sell-out effectiveness, margin impact across events, and provide post-event reporting and forward recommendations; participate in budget discussions and discount ownership with finance team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 42,000 - 52,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Financial Planning, or Retail Analytics
