Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues in software applications, diagnose and fix bugs, and implement long-term solutions.
  • •Provide technical support to end-users to help them navigate and use applications effectively.
  • •Maintain the software system by performing regular checks and updates, monitoring performance, and updating documentation.
  • •Automate business processes to improve efficiency using scripting/coding and automation tools.
  • •Implement changes based on business/project needs, maintain issue logs and documentation, and support digital transformation initiatives including training and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •Good knowledge of banking concepts.
  • •Experience and understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.
  • •Well versed in SQL and Python coding.
  • •Strong understanding of personal loan and credit card products, market dynamics, and the regulatory environment.
