•Perform comprehensive functional and non-functional testing of VoIP applications.
•Validate backend APIs to ensure correct data handling and process integration.
•Use specialized tools to measure and evaluate the quality of voice and video transmissions.
•Conduct performance and stability testing to assess application scalability under different network conditions.
•Develop and execute automation test scripts for both mobile UI and backend API testing.

Key Requirements

•Proven QA experience in the voice and video communication industry.
•Hands-on experience with products like Zoom, Webex, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
•Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
•Experience in automation testing for mobile UI and backend API.
•Proficiency in backend API validation techniques.
