Validate real-time protocols and REST APIs across GCP and air-gapped on-prem sovereign infrastructure, and integrate smoke/regression tests into GitLab CI/CD while enforcing SSDLC, OWASP, and NCA ECC security controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, engineer, and mandate comprehensive automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end) from scratch, moving beyond manual testing.
•Validate reliability and performance of real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets, gRPC) and REST APIs across interim GCP environments and bare-metal on-prem sovereign infrastructure.
•Ensure strict data consistency and cryptographic integrity across distributed, high-availability systems in ephemeral container environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
•Integrate automated smoke and regression tests into the GitLab CI/CD pipeline for rapid feedback loops.
•Act as a final technical gatekeeper for application-level security and code quality, enforcing SSDLC, OWASP standards, and NCA ECC with SAST/DAST integrations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
•5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in software QA and test automation engineering.
•Experience designing, executing, and continuously integrating automated test conditions and cases (SFIA TEST Level 4).
•Ability to architect and run rigorous automated test events validating system performance, cryptographic integrity, and security postures.
•Proficiency in Python (PyTest, Robot Framework) or Go for automation, with frontend testing experience using Selenium or Playwright.
