Director, Patient Experience & Regulatory Engagement

Lead the Patient Experience Team’s strategy to ensure patient voice and patient experience data inform regulatory submissions and interactions. Synthesize and apply lived experience evidence, patient preference studies, and patient-reported outcome measures across the medical product lifecycle. Provide cross-functional and global matrix leadership with Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Global Marketing & Market Access, and manage targeted vendor partnerships. Influence senior leaders and drive decision-making aligned with regulatory landscape shifts while supporting access and coverage discussions.
