Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee maintenance on all machinery during the shift and perform troubleshooting for plant maintenance issues.
  • •Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance; ensure daily PMs are performed and recorded.
  • •Use the MRO system to remove and return parts from inventory and ensure adequate repair parts are stocked.
  • •Enter Work Order Requests into an automated tracking system and maintain accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
  • •Maintain the Food Safety Program (GMP) and support set-ups, start-ups, and equipment improvement recommendations while following housekeeping and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience as a maintenance mechanic in a high-speed assembly production environment.
  • •Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
  • •Ability to fabricate and design, and to use computers including a work order tracking system and an MRO system.
  • •Capable of using automated scanning equipment and performing mechanical inspections such as verifying air pressures and water temperatures.
  • •Team-oriented with the ability to provide guidance and leadership to peers and production personnel.
